Your guide Wayne drives you to a hand-picked lineup of the city's best smokehouses and breweries, from nationally acclaimed spots like Side Project Brewing to the legendary Anheuser-Busch Biergarten. Each stop is chosen for what it does best, whether that's a perfect rack of ribs, a small-batch sour, or an American Lager in a beer hall with 170 years of history.

Between stops, Wayne fills in the story of how German immigrants turned St. Louis into the beer capital of America, why the city's BBQ style is its own thing, and where the locals actually eat everyday.

We can pick you up at your hotel, your airport, or schedule a meeting place and time in the St. Louis metro to begin our tour of BBQ & Beer. This tour traditionally begins at 10:30 so we can manage wait times at popular destinations. If meeting up to begin the tour, we traditionally suggest an area outside of downtown to avoid high parking fees and traffic delays.
